Make Up is the Important matter for both Men and women or girl and Boy. Cosmetics are substances used to enhance the appearance or odor of the human body. Cosmetics include skin-care creams, lotions, powders, perfumes, lipsticks, fingernail and toe nail polish, eye and facial makeup, towelettes, permanent waves, colored contact lenses, hair colors, hair sprays and gels, deodorants, hand sanitizer, baby products, bath oils, bubble baths, bath salts, butters and many other types of products. A subset of cosmetics is called “make-up,” which refers primarily to colored products intended to alter the user’s appearance. Many manufacturers distinguish between decorative cosmetics and care cosmetics

Makeup Tip:  How to Apply Eye Makeup in 8 Steps

1. Prep your eyes with concealer Concealer can be used to cover up under-eye circles or just the bluish discoloration just under your inner eye. To cover dark undereye circles, apply three dots of concealer under each eye. Start at the inner corner where skin tends to be darkest, then under the pupil and the third on the outer edge. Pat, never ru…b with your ring finger (this finger tends to have the softest pad) until it disappears.

2. Apply eye base to your lid Eye base is the secret to keeping your shadow in place for hours. W ithout properly priming your lid first, your eyeshadow will likely end up a greasy line in your crease.

3. Follow with eyeliner Dark eyeshadows work great as eyeliners. Wet a slanted brush, then dip in a dark eyeshadow. Line eyes as close to the upper lashes as possible from the inner corner to the outer corner. Follow with liner on bottom eyes, but only line from the middle of the eye out. Smudge the bottom line with a Q-tip or your finger. You don’t want a prominent line. For a smokey eye, use a brush to pat in a dark eyeshadow along the upper lid and below the lid. You don’t want a stark line, instead you want to blend it so it’s “smudgey.”

4. Apply eyeshadow. It’s great to use a three-toned shadow and build from lids to brow (see How to apply eyeshadow). Allowing them to blend into each other like a rainbow is gorgeous, according to celebrity makeup artist Mally Roncal. Start with a light color that almost matches your lid. Sweep the color across the lid and up to your browbone. Follow with a medium color across your lid only. Build on this with a darker color in the crease. Blend the colors well.

5. Brighten your eyes with a highlighter This step involves only the inside part of the eye. Putting a bit of your lightest eyeshadow in the inner corner of your eye will brighten it significantly (this is the makeup artist’s secret and I use this trick all the time). I usually dab a finger into my lightest eyeshadow and then I press it into the inner corner of my eye where the upper lid meets the bottom lid. This totally makes eyes “pop.”

6. Highlight your brow Take the same light eyeshadow and dab it on your browbone, concentrating on your mid-brow outward. Blend with your finger. I like to use Yves Saint Laurent’s Touche Eclat just below my brow and just above it, but a super light shadow will do you.

7. Curl lashes An eyelash curler will make even long lashes look more gorgeous. For added effect, you can heat the curler under a blowdryer for a couple seconds. Test curler before applying to lashes because you could burn yourself.

8. Apply mascara Place the wand of your mascara brush at the bottom of lashes and wiggle back and forth. Follow with another few sweeps of the wand. Apply to bottom lashes as well.

Makeup Tip:  Creating Elegant, Dramatic Smokey Eyes

1. To create a gorgeous nighttime look, use light, medium and dark eyeshadow shades in graduated tones. Apply the dark shade along your lash line, the medium shade on the crease, and a light shade up to the eyebrow bone but not beyond. Soften and blend any hard edges so one color seems to melt into the next.

2. To open up your eyes so that they appear livelier, place a dot of a light shadow in the inner corner of each eye.

3. For a sexy, smoky effect, trace the upper and lower lashes with a dark shadow then smudge with a blending brush. To optimize the look, this can also be done over eyeliner.

Makeup Tip:  Choosing the Right Color of Red Lipstick for You

A lot of women shy away from red lipstick, but anyone can wear it. The most important thing to consider when wearing red lipstick is picking the right shade. All reds are not created equal – finding the right one for you and wearing it properly will make all the difference. … REDS are divided into two basic categories:

1 – Cool blue-based shades (such as cranberry or wine). Blue-based reds flatter women with pinker, rosier skin tones
2 – Warm orange-based shades (such as brick red). These reds are more appropriate for women whose skin has golden, peach or tan tones. If your complexion has undertones of pink, violet or blue, you have a cool complexion. Your makeup colors should have similar undertones. Colors with undertones that are warm (yellow) will be less becoming for your complexion.
If you have a cool complexion, choose cooler reds like a true red or a pinkish red. You need to lean towards the reds with a blue or pink base. If you have a warm complexion, choose warmer reds with a brown base, like a brick or rusty red. For Dark Beige and Bronze Skin: A deep cool red lipstick with a burgundy tone is perfect for you. For Ivory and Light Beige Skin: A cool true red. However, if you have a very fair complexion, look for a red with a pink tint to it. For Pale Skin & Red Hair: Avoid blue reds.

For Very Pale Skin With Freckles That Burns Easily:  You have pink (WARM)undertones; Choose terracotta reds or deep brick reds which complement skin and hair. Medium Skin, Med-Brown Hair: Avoid tomato reds. Choose COOL reds such as berry reds or deep raspberry.

Fair Skin, Blonde to Brown Hair: Avoid terracotta reds. You have mostly pink undertones;  try blue-red lipsticks as these make skin appear creamier.
Olive Skin, Brown Hair: Avoid blue-reds. Go for tomato reds or deep burgundies to make skin look brighter. See color
To help narrow down your search even more, here are some other criteria for you to consider: IMPORTANT TIPS: – Because red lipstick is very dramatic the rest of your look needs to stay subtle. Keep your eye shadow light & go for one shimmery, allover eye color. Add black eyeliner as close to the lashes as possible and mascara. Keep blush to a natural tone. Your look is now complete.
– Don’t use a bronzer which can look cheap with red lips. Keep to earthy shades on the eyes, with nothing else but black mascara on lashes.
– Do add some shimmer gloss to the centre of the bottom lip for evening. It makes lips look bigger, too. Avoid applying all over or you’ll look like a siren.
– One big no-no: It’s best not to match your red lips to your outfit. Look for newer formulas of red that aren’t too matte and have just the right amount of sheen. The heavier the pigment, the more intense the color. If you want to start slowly, go for a translucent red.
Lighter, sheerer lipstick formulas are best for daytime wear, while evenings call for richer cream or matte lipsticks. For less adventurous wearers, lip gloss is an excellent alternative to a full-on red lipstick.
BEFORE YOU APPLY YOUR RED LIPSTICK…
Properly conditioning your lips for a dose of ruby glamour requires much of the same prep work as for healthy skin. This preparation is ESSENTIAL to proper red lipstick application.
1- Exfoliate your lips just like you do the rest of your body. After a warm shower use a lip smoother to get rid of flakiness and dry spots. This lip pumice allows for smoother application of your favorite lipstick or lip gloss.
2- Moisturizing also is essential for smooth, shiny lips. Give your lips a pre-lipstick coating of Vitamin C to help lips resist chapping, for hydration and to give you a smooth canvas for Rich Formula Lipstick.
3-Lip plumpers also help soften lips and temporarily fill out those fine lines and wrinkles that cause lip color to bleed or fade faster. These products are sure to perfect your red lipstick application.
Now, you’re ready!

Makeup Tip:  Start to Finish – 8 Minute Makeup Routine

1. Moisturize. … Warm a dime-sized amount of moisturizer in your hands before applying it to your face.
Resist the rub! Press and pat moisturizer into the skin instead. Wait approximately 20 to 30 seconds for the moisturizer to absorb before moving onto Step 2.

2. Start with a good foundation. Save time by mixing your foundation and concealer together and applying all over your face — including the eyelids and under-eye area.
In a hurry? Use a foundation brush and keep your fingers clean.

3. Blush in a rush. Two-in-one products are the ultimate makeup time savers. For a sun-kissed glow, brush a neutral blush/bronzer all over your face. Bonus: It sets your foundation for the day!   Apply another layer of blush/bronzer to your cheeks, forehead and chin for added depth and dimension.

4. It’s shadow-time! Opt for cream shadows instead of powder. All you need are a few quick dots.
No need to be precise; just blend eyeshadow with your finger.

5. Take a hard line. Choose a hard, black pencil liner. Then it’s chin up and eyes down as you gently lift your lid and run the pencil along the top lash line — right in between the lashes.   Practice makes perfect, but the effect is worth it: bigger, brighter eyes in just seconds!

6. Curl and repeat. Place the eyelash curler at the base of your lash line, pulse and hold for four seconds.

7. Pump up your lashes.  Use black volumizing mascara for instant drama. Snip the tip of the wand to prevent smudging on the side of your nose.

8. Give good gloss. The finishing touch? High-shine lip gloss. Focus the pigment at the centre of your lips to achieve a super-sexy pout!
